Questionnaire for evaluating Ama

Ama in Ayurveda is the metabolic wastes and toxins resulting from incomplete digestion.
Its accumulation blocks the channels - Shrotas - such as the blood vessels and the digestive system. Ama is involved in many diseases.

Please rate with a number from 0 to 4 to what degree the following statements apply to you:

0 (0%) = does not apply, 1 (25%), 2 (50%), 3 (75%), 4 (100%) = applies all the time
